As the founder of Corrective Exercise and Restoration, I feel passionate about the quality delivery of care. I have suffered through many years of back injury and rehabilitation process and understand how challenging it can be emotionally and the fear instilled by the reoccurrence of another injury. I feel that a comprehensive approach towards injury prevention and rehabilitation combined with a tailored strength and conditioning exercise plan will help you meet your desired goals.

We take a holistic approach while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, that revolves around patient-centered care. We feel the importance of a collective healing approach to bring harmony and peace so that the body can naturally heal itself is equally important. Our approach incorporates mind, body, and spirit restoration. We offer pain-free treatment paradigms such as deep abdominal breathing technique, muscle energy technique, Primal Reflex Release Technique™, Total Motion Release, Mulligan Concept, Positional Release Therapy, Myokinesthetic (MYK), and others that relieve musculoskeletal pain.
We provide interventions that are evidence-based and select treatment paradigms that provide quick relief and recovery so our patients can resume activities of daily living or recreation/sports-related activities. Our services focus on sports-related injuries. Our services include preventative services, emergency care, clinical evaluations, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries.
